Estimating
Experienced estimators for private, municipal and provincial construction projects including excavation, granular, pavements, culverts, structures, drainage, sewers & watermains, landscaping and related works. Labour, equipment, materials and subcontractor costs are combined with productivity factors to evaluate each contract item. Expose contract risks and opportunities. Proficiency with the intricacies of municipal and provincial, summer and winter maintenance contracts.
Critical Path Scheduling
A vital element of every construction project and the ‘third dimension’ of every estimate is the critical path schedule. A detailed schedule will highlight critical activities, resource requirements, challenges and opportunities. The critical path schedule is the most effective tool to communicate the work of the project and monitor overall progress.
Construction Claims Evaluation and Construction Adjudication Preparation & Response
The Ontario Construction Act of October 2019 timelines will strain owner and contractor resources. The evaluation of every construction claim is founded upon the construction estimate and critical path schedule, prepared in compliance with contract specifications.
